Position: Clinical Instructor
Locations: Beaver, PA, East Liverpool, Steubenville, and/or Boardman, OH
Description:
East Ohio College School of Nursing seeks motivated adjunct nursing clinical instructors to join our team. EOC is continually reviewing resumes for faculty and staff positions, both full-time and part-time. Clinical instructors supervise nursing students during clinical experiences in a pre-licensure registered nursing program. Flexible scheduling allows for Saturday, Sunday, or both, with the possibility of weekday/afternoon shifts. Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to student success are necessary attributes of the successful candidate. Nursing instructors are required to comply with the law and rules regarding nursing faculty for a registered nursing program as indicated at http://codes.ohio.gov/oac/
Clinical rotations typically occur within one hour of the main campus. Clinical instructors specifically needed for rotations in Beaver, PA, East Liverpool, Steubenville, and/or Boardman, OH.
Qualifications:
A BSN and two years of nursing experience are required for clinical instructors.
