How to go from a Practical Nurse to a Registered Nurse in just 16 months!

East Ohio Nursing Students In Lab
East Ohio College is proud to offer an LPN to RN Bridge Program. The Bridge program is designed for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to obtain direct admission to the Nursing Associate Degree program at East Ohio, leading to eligibility to take the NCLEX-RN for licensure as a Registered Nurse.  Classes begin every April, require no prerequisites, and students enjoy fast-track evening classes and weekend clinical rotations. In addition, by successfully completing transition courses, students are not required to repeat introductory courses such as Psychology, Chemistry, Fundamentals of Nursing, Pharmacology, Nutrition, Medical/Surgical Nursing I, and more.

LPNs play a fundamental role in the delivery of nursing care. At East Ohio, we acknowledge that you are already a member of the nursing profession!
